NATIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER HEADQUARTERED IN SPRINGFIELD HONORS EMPLOYEE
The Delaney House in Holyoke hosted colleagues from Unemployment Tax Control Associates, Inc. (UTCA) on June 8th as they held a celebratory dinner to commemorate the 5th anniversary of one of their valued team members. Karen Brown, a West Springfield resident and five year employee of UTCA was honored for her service and dedication to the Springfield based firm.
Unemployment Tax Control Associates, a national service corporation, assists clients in reducing the cost and complexities of managing their unemployment compensation programs. Brown, a claims analyst with the firm, came to Springfield from New York City and has been with UTCA ever since.
The employees at UTCA are more than just staff; they are valued educators, team members, and a celebrated part of a growing family which recognizes that its success can only be credited to those whose knowledge, experience, and steadfastness help serve their clients each and every day.
