Our Leadership:

Suzanne Murphy, President of UTCA, has been appointed to numerous panels and task forces including Gov. Weld's Task Force (1992). In addition, Suzanne Murphy also testified on behalf of employers before President Clinton's Federal Unemployment Task Force (1994). Suzanne is a recent past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Employers Association of the Northeast (2006).

Timothy Phelan, Staff Counsel & VP Client Services, has served as a faculty speaker and trainer for numerous employer groups including the nationally recognized training companies, Council on Education in Management and Lorman Education Services. Tim Phelan also provides in-house legal guidance to staff and field associates.
