UTCA ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF NEW TEAM MEMBER
SPRINGFIELD, MA -- Unemployment Tax Control Associates (UTCA,) a national service corporation which assists clients in reducing the cost and complexities of managing their unemployment compensation programs, announces an addition to its growing staff. The company hired Sarah Torres as a Staff Attorney, where she'll serve as a member of the firm's dedicated team of professionals.
In this role, Sarah will manage and directly oversee regional Hearing Representatives serving UTCA clients. She will also assist in conducting management education seminars and similar activities and will prepare the firm's Quarterly National Unemployment Insurance Legislative Updates and Legislative Bulletins for publication to UTCA clients.

Prior to joining UTCA, Sarah enjoyed a successful career for a law office in Springfield, MA, where she worked closely with their partners, while managing many aspects of the firm's day to day operations.
