NEW CLIENT AGREEMENT WITH SOVEREIGN BANK
SPRINGFIELD, MA - Unemployment Tax Control Associates (UTCA,) a national service corporation and leader in unemployment tax management based in Springfield, announced today that they have been contracted by Sovereign Bank, one of the largest banking institutions in the United States.

Under terms of the agreement, UTCA will provide Sovereign Bank with effective solutions for unemployment cost management, utilizing a unique proactive and preemptive approach to managing unemployment costs.
