In keeping with our client-focused business philosophy, clients utilizing our on-line claims management application can access account data and claim-specific information (including case documents and their individual hearing calendar) for each state unemployment account serviced. Reports accessed on-line can be selected to include specific User Defined Fields (Branch location, Manager, work-site etc.) of their choosing, on a 24/7/365 basis. Clients can log-on and access all reports utilizing the date and data range of their choosing, including Annual and Quarterly Activity Reports and Savings information.
Our reports are available in many convenient delivery formats and clearly summarize account activity including claim, hearing, charge and savings data. UTCA reports always utilize the correct corresponding fiscal year for each state, allowing our clients to easily understand how our service (and their efforts) in any given tax year, have resulted in their assigned rate. Reporting frequency and formats can be custom tailored to the clients' unique needs, providing management with valuable data useful in their efforts to target and reduce costs.
