National Legislative Updates

UTCA understands how important it is to keep our clients informed and prepared around changes made to our unemployment insurance laws and regulations. We realize how valuable this information can be to employers when implementing organizational changes to accommodate new laws. Not to mention, just how difficult (and costly) working on a “catch up basis” can be.

To assist our clients in their efforts to stay informed and effective when dealing with law changes, UTCA publishes our legislative updates on a quarterly basis. This publication provides information on proposed law changes and enacted law, along with insight as to how changes may impact employers on a state-by-state basis. This publication also furnishes concise, easy to understand information useful to those organizations seeking to mobilize lobbying efforts on behalf of their specific business or industry.

UTCA’s On-Line Tool Kit

Since 1990, UTCA has been teaching clients and empowering them to develop effective solutions useful in their efforts to reduce costs and manage UI risk successfully. Over this time span, we have worked to create and catalog a number of documents, forms and research tools that keep our clients current and effective in dealing with UI matters.
